We're looking for a Rates Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and ensuring billing accuracy. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy digging into utility rates and billing structures, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Configure utility rate structures for new client properties
• Analyze utility bills, tariffs, and rate schedules
• Audit billing setups to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Research and implement utility rate changes
• Support internal teams with complex billing questions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and billing accuracy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in utility billing, rate analysis, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

• Utility billing or submetering
• Multifamily housing industry
• Utility tariffs and regulatory rate structures
• Billing or financial systems
